Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

A bi warmer this morning…. 43…got up to 70 yesterday…

Slept with window open last night till…2am….then closed it..turned heat on…after sun comes up..windows come open again…

Another day of living the healthy lifestyle I’ve chosen…each day I learn what does or doesn’t work for me…putting muscle on is important…a you age…like so much in your body you lose it….here…falling is a bad thing…it usually means breaking something…and at later age…healing for some…just doesn’t turn out good…in here…those that fall..usually break a hip….and usually it’s been someone that doesn’t walk any extra….just a thought for anyone that’s getting healthier….not all about food on here….
