I splurged this past weekend at Paula Dean's restaurant in Savannah. Damn it was good! Body Fat % doesn't seem to be moving, nor does the weight even though I have started restricting my caloric intake to ~2800 kcal on workout days. Find myself exhausted by the end of the day. May go back up to 3000+ kcal and say screw this cutting phase. I can definitely tell a change in body composition towards muscle mass and leanness, but the numbers just aren't reflecting it.
