Breakfast: Greek yogurt

Lunch: Salad 🥗, Super firm tofu, Chicken soup with miso

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Chicken soft bones, Beet and Kabocha squashes

Someone asked about chicken soft bones. We always buy breast soft bones at Japanese grocery store. Sautéed them and just sprinkle salt and pepper. You can get high quality protein and collagen.
45.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
