I’m don’t need to correct anything @wrotibgwyo. I have chronic inflammation and a host of diseases/disorders that make losing a challenge. I’m not over here eating cookies! I’m limited in my mobility so I am doing great. It just will go up due to inflammation. I’m working to get it down. It’s easy for some of you who aren’t constantly in diet mode. I don’t eat processed food much at all and I never drink any soda. I have thyroid autoimmune and small and large fiber neuropathy due to SLE Lupus now in remission. The damage is dove. I’ll be seeing a new internist and am hopeful they can help with an ex so I’m more mobile. I was walking a mile a day and the GP took me off of muscle relaxers. I’m constantly in pain and now cramping. I’m sure you meant well, but I’m truly doing all I can. I often eat less than 1000 calories a day. I have a free day occasionally, but I’m still losing and will continue. I never go off my diet in 3 years so far. @shirlfleur thanks for the support and understanding inflammation! 🌈🌈

I so feel for you with this comment! I have extreme thyroid issues and chronic pain and inflammation as well. My doctor is working diligently on it all right now. I do follow a fairly healthy diet most days, but also find I sometimes “under eat” because I’m simply not hungry and feeling miserable. It’s hard when some of your favorite foods either make you sick or puffy or sore, and they’re not even bad foods! Every loss is a win, as well as learning more and more about your body and what will help you on your journey. I say go on with your bad self and just be the best you you know you can be! Good luck! I am going to follow you since it may be eye opening having similar issues.

I have very high inflammation that show,,s up in blood tests. Do you have the latest for it? It's CRP, or C Reactive Protein. My doctor wants me to follow an anti inflammatory diet. I try, but it is so hard for me to give up all or most processed foods. Although I did lose 50 pounds hen I first did the diet in about 7 months and the CRP number dropped in half. Then it went back up when the weight came back on. Now I aim for at least half of what I eat to be fruit, vegetables, beans, grains, etc. Wishing you well on this journey. I saw you mentioned writingwyou, I don't know what she wrote but an guarantee she was trying to offer support

Meant to ask if you've had the test, not latest for CRP.

Julia, you are doing a terrific job and you are such an inspiration to me. My little aches and pains are so insignificant next to what you go through every day. Keep on keeping on my friend. People often offer advice without understanding the situation, but they mean well. 💚💜💛

There are some very rude skinny people on here. I wipl just explain again so everyone can read. I had SLE Lupus, and multiple other rheumatological autoimmune issues for years. I was in an electric wheelchair 8 years, and the autoimmune caused severe small fiber and large fiber neuropathy. I have severe thyroid autoimmune also and chronic pain goes with the neuropathy. I went from the electric wheelchair to a manual to a walker. I now can walk a mile without any aid. I work so hard every day. I try to walk a mile a day, but my dr took me off muscle relaxers so I’m literally dying. I stretch and get a muscle spasm. It’s very hard to walk and do my yoga, but I still try. I will not get to see a neurologist until December and am hoping for a medication to help with spasticity as I can’t take the natural remedies. I feel for you that go through this. I have found that the exercise helps the pain although I do pay for it later. I’m still walking. I wish you kind people all the best always. My next post is bery harsh, but this skinny not fat person needs to just mind their business. I’m doing MY best as all of us are. I wish you all success and healing. I will say diet and exercise for 3 years has helped. 🌈🌈
