So yesterday I decided to run outside (as opposed to treadmill at gym) for the first time. The good news is I managed to run 5K reasonable well - the bad news is an hour later I could barely walk!! Still sore today - got up and did my abs for ab challenge and feel a little better - today will be swimming to take it easy on this old body....
66.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
