Well this was a lost week! Attended two funerals and a birthday party, wrenched my back doing yard work at the church last Thursday, Chiropractor is ill and couldn't help me. Whining!
Every plan for diet and exercise went out the window. I even broke my own rule about no fast foods and ate A & W burger for dinner last night! Notice I did not record THAT!

OK, Debbie and everyone, you are inspiring with your posts so I am getting back on board with all of you on this journey.

It’s one week…one week doesn’t have to be the norm so you’re exactly right, move into the next one determined! Also, probably holding onto some sodium from takeout and meals you wouldn’t normally eat, so very unlikely that’s all actual weight gained. You got this! 😊
