Yesterday I tried something new. I did eat my normal bfst, which is 5 WW pts & 457 calories on FS. Then I did zero point foods the rest of the day. Ended up with only 700+ calories, which is too low but will be ok for one day. Goal is 1200. Thought I would have lost at least 2# but only 0.7 loss. Bummer. Better luck tomorrow. Following Beck's solustion and Atomic Habits.
