Just getting over the flu, I guess the constant eating of popcicles, ginger-ale with starchy foods to try and calm my stomach didn't help my weight loss but I'm back on track now. Not beating myself up, just moving forward.
134.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 78.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hope you feel better fat@foxy we are swamped with illness at the nursing center, my daughter had to stay home today with stomach problems.
