Well I did it! I'm back on the wagon without any slip ups yesterday. I went grocery shopping and picked up a bunch of my favourite fruits which are my daily treat. I need something sweet and fortunately almost all of my favourite seem to be lower in calories. I'm sure the vitamin C will help me kick the end of this flu too.

Just getting over the flu, I guess the constant eating of popcicles, ginger-ale with starchy foods to try and calm my stomach didn't help my weight loss but I'm back on track now. Not beating myself up, just moving forward.

Well yesterday was pretty good. I did have a small glass of wine with dinner, but I had accounted for that. Skipped all of the snacks like a prostar. I feel kind of awful this morning and I'm not sure if it's because of the wine or the fact that I was up until 3am. Either way I am really looking forward to a big cup of coffee.
