I think it's just normal weight fluctuations Siegels, happens to me all the time, no matter how well I'm eating.

Weight is largely determined by height. For example, if you are 2 meters tall, your weight should be around 100, which is a healthy weight. If you are 150 cm tall, a healthy weight is around 50 kg. I personally recommend judging by current body fat percentage rather than weight. In extreme cases, if your body fat percentage is around 10%, you have a great looking body silhouette, no matter how much you weigh.
