a loss is a loss. weight is coming off slower now. ive not been exercising as much because im doing lots of housework and with the reduced calorie intake im finding that I run out of energy quite quickly. Ive gone back on my sleep medication and force myself to bed by 930 to try to get this sleep disorder under control. getting regular and consistent sleep should help me back to increased rate of weight loss. still on track to meet my weight goal by end of year.
