Good morning…

Tomorrow morning we head out of town to spend time closer to the hospital my sister will be spending weekends at..when she has heart surgery…so getting everything packed…one of her church friends is helping with the driving..and will be driving me back on Thursday…my sister will be staying 5-7 days…

I broke my ☕️ fast as well as my other fast at 6am…as I started this journal..figured fasting the next several days ..will just happen….

The plan today is just upper body…and walking…charging every thing up…finding all the charging cords…
