Happy Saturday. It's another hot one in Georgia. I decided to take the dog on a little hike in the shade and then we went to Home Depot to finish our walk. Next week should be a little cooler. Today is another NY Strip steak day. I'm going to try to break it up into two meals. The theory is to break up the protein servings so it all gets turned into fuel with no excess at any one meal.
This is Tigger. He's my senior rescue. He's deaf and mostly blind from birth. He had a stroke and hematoma in his eye a few weeks ago. He's getting around ok and adjusting to having almost no sight now. Poor little guy.



77.6 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
