Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Guess sleep was needed today…was an extra hour of sleep this morning….needless to say ☕️ was more important then weighing in…lol…maybe il be surprised tomorrow…

Another hot day yesterday..but didn’t even look to see how hot….windows are covered in moisture this morning…had to turn air off for a few…lol…

My plan before bed…had been to ride before breakfast….but that to…didn’t happen…I do feel like I got mt rest…

Well…feel like my routine is behind….

Have a fantastic positive day..

Ate my eggs and then got riding bibs on..9.75milws..512 ft in elevation…68 minutes…256 calories…eggs were gone..lol…
