over indulging on some things but that's my own doing, nobody to blame but myself
still getting use to 100% no gluten again
76.6 kg Lost so far: 32.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good work going gluten free - it is hard sometimes for me, too.

It was hard for me too, but then I thought about it: If I eat bread where is the benefit? Easy answer, It does not exist. Keep pushing it.
