I normally weigh in weekly, but as I approach my goal I am keeping tight tabs. Returning to the gym today to do a full body "wake up" workout in preparation for starting up the next 12 week program with my wife.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
