Liver cleanse fasting since 2:00 PM yesterday until 3:00 PM today, therefore low level of calories eaten. Back to normal 3 meals per day tomorrow. Staying home, finishing up some DIY projects to occupy my time.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
