Yep...my body is starting to adjust to the working out. It was plenty awful that last week. At one point I could barely walk...and that is only a SLIGHT exageration...actually way closer to the truth than one would like to admit.

You know how when you get a new gym membership they include a "free evaluation". This is where, under the guise of educating you on how healthy you could be, which really means how fat you are (which you already know because your XXXL Spanx don't even fit anymore). Yes, that "free evaluation"where you find out your percentage of body fat is almost precisely that of the percentage of fat in a potato chip at 47%...yes well, I managed to skip that all together this last week.

I told the personal trainer to come talk to me when he could actually use the fingers on one hand to "pinch" the areas they intend to measure with that blasted fat clamp. I just want to get full body lipo suction and hook the other end of the hose to the next skinny chick in Yoga Pants I hear saying, "I'm so fat!"

So - 45 minute work out and I can still walk. And so It IS!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Don't over do the exercise, if you hurt yourself you will be less likely to do it ;) Good Luck~

Yes, Scouts Honor I won't over do the exercise...see that's the sad part, I really didn't over do it, my poor body just didn't know what was happening what with bending over and lifting my arms above my head and all...not to mention WALKING.....
