Almost blew my back out sitting down this morning, so am having to be rather gentle moving about. Got chores to do, but looks like I will be doing them slowly, and a little at a time. I do not want to have to take a PK... they do hurt my stomach. Having #6 hernia, it makes using stomach support very difficult, and my lower back muscles are crap from very intrusive surgery... so a delicate balancing act right now... must get a bag of corn for the freezer

Oh no, sorry to hear this. Back pain is a blessed well, pain! It throws a monkey wrench into movement that's for sure. Hope this isn't long lasting. Hugs

Yes, it sucks, if it decides to take me out, I will not be walking for a few days... well at least not much... will be more of a Quasimodo act, just to get to the bathroom and back to the bed. I had to go out earlier to get a few things, which added to the pain. Got a few things, including some frozen Corn, which makes a fabulous cold compress. Now I am in my chair, and the corn is in the freezer... I really do not want to get up right now, but I can feel it burning, so will have to do something useful soon. Thanks, hugs are always a good thing in my opinion.

Thanks Erika... got an icepack on it now... just stuffed a really nice looking 1.3kg Sirloin tip Roast, with a whole sh**load of wonderfully sticky, fresh, local Garlic.. roasted 8 extra Lean Ground beef patties, just before that... once they cool, into freezerbags, and straight to the deepfreezer. The back keeps on Grumpin, but I am getting stuff done... just carefully... hope you're having a good day.

Thank you SBSA... I have had to monitor my ketones closely, to keep them at the right level to stay in Ketosis, but being in Ketosis for lengthy periods can take it's toll... so it is a bit of a trade off.
