Back on track yesterday but it was hard. I made a healthy beef and sweet potato stew for dinner which was simmering in my crock-pot all day, filling the house with enticing smells. Once dinner time rolled around I was really looking forward to a bowl but when I took the first scoop I noticed something strange in the pot.....it was the liquid absorbing pad from the meat! BLEH!!! There had been two in the package and one had stuck to the packaging and the other to the meat. I had eaten pretty light all day and was looking for something more hearty at dinner so needless to say I was pretty hangry (hungry and angry). I almost picked up the phone to tell my husband to grab a pizza on his way home but I stopped myself, shook it off, pulled out some chicken I had made the night before and whipped up some chicken soup. Anyways, long story short is that I didn't cave when I would have before.
133.9 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 78.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well good for you fat2foxy! your control is on in a major way, doesn't it feel great to know now when your under pressure that you wont cave. It so gives you even more of an incentive to be even more motivated to reach your goal, you have a good day.
