This is from a weekend of fair food and driving (in my new car). I ate the food I wanted, didnt feel guilty about it, and went to the store last night to stock up on things to make this week a bit healthier.
My goals this week are: Log at least 3 days worth of food Drink at 2 of my fancy cups worth of water (so 80oz) Make it to the gym 2x Hit my step goal 5/7 days this week (and I didnt hit it yesterday so I need to get on it).
