Well, I lost a pound but it doesn't show because I didn't log my weight when I was up 3 pounds I was ashamed to admit it. I am going back down now I am back on induction and this is day 6.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
