Egad! We are in a winter storm watch again. This morning I am counting carbs really close. I need to get back on induction before everything goes to pot! Literally.

Sorry for got to put the site..LOL www.ruled.me great site. for low carb although it is a keto site.I think she breaks down all her recipes fat,carbs, protein ect.
