Back from a family cruise with more food and drinks than I’ve ever eaten! Not that big of a gain and I know I’ll have it off soon. I’m so bloated 🤰
85.3 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
