Back up slightly but it will go away fast, methinks I splurged a little too much. Not going to meet my goal of being in the 30's by the end of the month, but all in good time, my pretty, all in good time. Just keep swimming... just keep swimming...

Auntie - Don't give up on July yet - the calendar fairy has given us an extra weekend - which means one extra weigh-in. I plan to take full advantage of it.

Thanks Buffy! I may or may not weigh in next weekend, we had words again today and Mr. Scales is not happy with the honest criticism I had to offer in response to his report. Maybe he needs a holiday like Tracy!

Hi Auntie! You've got a great attitude about your slight gain. It will disappear shortly! I always weigh in on Sunday night, so I'm happy to have a chance to lose a bit and have it still included in July. Since you're training for the 5k, I'm sure you'll be getting adequate exercise! Swim, My Pretty, swim!

Lol Madame B as long as I don't have to take your scale on holiday with me......I could but it would end up in the north sea somewhere probably making a weight conscience octopus wish it only had two legs on its weigh in lol

Thank you as always Pammie! I am going to work very hard for the next month getting ready for the 5k so it will come off if I have to run 24 hours a day! Well maybe not but you get my drift. I'm Swimming.... :O)

LOL Tracy... I have no fear of Mr. Scales, he knows better than to mess about with me. I'll ship him to the North Sea myself and send him down to Davey Jone's Locker. LOL!!!
