2 days of work meetings with tons and tons of delicious food- yup. I finally made myself get to the gym last night. Ive been fighting with myself so its been hard. I started with a councilor last week, tomorrow will be my second session. Im hoping that just getting things a little bit straightened out will help me maintain some consistency.

Onward right?
