Yearofhealth that's a really great question. I've definitely been thinking about that as well. I'm going to start focusing on building muscle at this point. Not a lot of muscle like a body builder, but more of an athletic frame is what I'm going to shoot for.

Syayneman, I saw that you were looking for drink choices other than water and protein shakes, Just wanted to digest flavored seltzer waters, although... make sure you don't get the ones with artificial sweetners. You have to read the ingredients and they should say only 2 ingredients.... carbonated water, natural flavors.... that's it! best wishes!

Thank you Shannonthemom for the suggestion. I have my eye on Hint Water since it has a variety of flavors, zero calories, and no artificial sweeteners. I just hope it taste decent.
