Have just been maintaining for the last three months, because of a leg injury. Needed it to heal. Upped my calories but mostly stayed on clean eating. Now to get back to lower calories.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
