Woke at #222 was on Vacation in Italy for 2 weeks, did a lot of walking, but ate too much! Doing food and wine tours, my wife was in Ireland prior 10 days prior to joining me, I ate, ate and ate, do I regret it, no, now back to reality, I can do this. Back in the saddle again, And I'm DO N OK, but fatter!!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 93.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have to enjoy your vacation and be glad you did. Never to late to get back on the saddle and back on track when you are home, it’s all good
