20 days to lose 0.2 Darn it. silly plateaus.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hear that, been stuck for two weeks now, and really trying to be patient, and keep the faith... you stuck it out, and that gives me hope, thanks... I needed that.

It can be frustrating and discouraging with plateaus. This is my third one in 9 months. My longest one was 46 days. I just change things up when they happen and continue on with determination. Sometimes I stomp my feet a little too. 🤣🤣

I have yet to use the feet stomping option... but it's gonna happen soon, I am sure Hahaha
