I'm hoping this is temporary. I didn't do well yesterday. Had breakfast out, ate ice cream for dessert..we did hike quite a bit as we went to Ruby Mountains but it wasn't enough. I'm watching carb intake today, they seem to bloat me so we shall see...

Sherrye, Diablo is rarely wrong! 💜💪Maybe it will go straight to my booty where I have none! Unfortunately for me that's wishful thinking...my extra weight usually goes to my middle and that's not good! I'm going on a long walk in a bit and think I'll do some weights today as well. I think it's temporary, at least I hope so! I've been pretty active in this trip so I'm not too concerned.💜💜

I’m fluctuating between 129 & 131 and have since I’ve been In maintenance. I think even salt intake can affect our weight and liquids! Lol Honestly NSV, I feel a bit better gaining back a few pounds. I’ve been walking daily 2-3 times a day because w all my sickness and tooth extraction, I couldn’t strength train. I think it improved my leg muscles and bone density. Which could be part of my weight gain?

Hi Diana, Just wanted to warn you, there's a scammer out here going by Stephen J Townsend. They sent me a friend request and I noticed they are following you. If you Google Stephen J Townsend scams you'll see they like to try to get people to respond on Google chat. I rejected the request and they actually did send me a Google chat request too. I knew it was fishy because I never use Google chat. Anyways, wanted to warn you and a few others that I saw were also being followed. I can't remember everyone who I saw. So far only a handful but I wish I would have reported them to FS. I rejected too quickly not realizing something was up until I got the chat request. I'll post this on those who I know they were also following. If someone else could report it without having to accept the request that would be great! Thanks!

Storm, you are doing great! I love reading all your yummy dessert posts. I'm gonna try the cottage cheese ice cream when we get home! And tes, salt and crabs etc can bliat us and add a few lbs. I think it will come off soon!👍💜 TJV, You are right and nothing to freak out about! I'm learning to take it as it comes💜💜💜 Katsolo, pizza! Yum! I did enjoy my banana split that I shared with hubby so at least it was good! I hate when I indulge and it doesn't turn out to be worth it..💜

Diana i sent you a message on another post telling you to look at wifeys post but it was actually bear that spotted it and so so fast!!! Impressive. I want ice cream🍦but alas, i cannot. I live vicariously thru you guys. Cottage cheese ice cream? Does it taste like ice cream?

if it upsets you to weigh daily, you should try once a week. ❤️ You shouldnt punish yourself for having an opportunity to see nature and eat icecream.

I don't weigh Myself while on vacation. That way I enjoy myself and deal with the weight when I get home. weight when I get home
