Sleeping badly, very warm even at night, back to a glass of wine or two each day….mostly boredom!
No day off for two full weeks, really struggling with fatigue. Never gets easier.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
