1.8lbs loss in seven days.
Scale gave me three different weights again, so I'm using the highest one so as to avoid heartbreak at the next weighin.
(Middle one was about 1lb less)

Breakfasts and lunches are still going well, but supper and evening snacks are still too high in calories for steeper losses.
The "issue" is that I'm giving in to my urges way too easily!

Daily chores are still going well.
Worked indoors all week due to daily thunder storms.

Got my genealogy research area a bit more organized than it's been in a long time, though it still has a long way to go!

Progress on both weightloss & homefront are moving slowly but steadily in a positive direction.
