I checked my last two bank statements for alcohol purchases, food purchases and fast-food purchases. Quite an
eye-opener!!. my plan for July is 0.0 fast-food, 0.0 alcohol and only purchases of nutritious food.Let's see how that impacts the overall budget. More updates later!

It’s been really neat to see the impact of starting this journey on my budget. An unintended impact was less spending on alcohol and take out meals. It’s become a real strong motivator actually now.
