Up & down, up & down! Last Monday, I was at 312-313, so this is a drop. Have FINALLY seemed to settle into the start of consistency with food/meals/calories since Wednesday, so hello weight loss! :)
139.1 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
