Swimming yesterday and not too bad on points - hip still sore so ran in the pool instead of on the treadmill.
Love weight watchers ice cream too much!
66.0 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
