Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Seems like the days fly by…

Weight starting to find its way back down…looking back…I had extra salt…lack of water..and an extra meal…so hard to say what caused the upswing…guess my body needed it….back to the process again…I have several naysayers that think I meet 2 meals to live…now that they have heard me ranting..hopefully they will let me be….

Yesterday was an odd day….I didn’t feel like riding ..eveb though I was rested…kept falling asleep after breakfast…finally got up.went outside to soak up the sun…an hour later..came in..played 2 games of pool…by that time it was lunch time for people tgat eat…I went to my room..and slept for 60 minutes….woke yo ready to take on the day…hopefully today I can get more done…

☕️ is gone….water is next…lol…get past the dehydrated state….

Plan to ride..soak up some sun..play couple games of pool…skip lunch…lol….and this after noon…recliner time…play raid…or put it on automatic…and get some steps in…sounds like a plan….for everyone else..it’s bingo at 2…for an hour….

Nice job! I've recently learned about all of the benefits of longer fasts as well, along with weight loss. Currently 37 hours in. Great to have you on my feed! 😊

so you get good nightime sleep AND take naps? color me envious.

I normally don’t take naps..but the body know when you need the rest….I’m up at 5am…and in bed by 7pm…regularly…..
