Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

In a 24 hour fast…plan to continue until….??…lol….I feel like I need to break it….

Since I’ve been doing longer fasts….I just don’t look at meals the same…and I’ve started eating more apples and pears…no…I’m not doing a strict water fast….when I need something..like a sliced up apple or pear..I use my slicer and have it..usually later in the afternoon…one and I’m good to go….really think it’s a mind thing..it’s only food I keep in room…

Rode in zwift yesterday…10.07 miles…54 minutes….heart rate between 101-117….. thought that was great….was mostly flat but did have151 ft in elevation thru ride…

Watched this yesterday https://youtu.be/dZaRvtmEOek….. as there is a lady here that just celebrated her 102 birthday….she still remembers everyone’s name and carry’s on conversations….52 of us here….she knows us all..plus the staff….

Plan today..ride…since I’m gonna fast longer..might not ride as far…just depends on route I pick..and hoe my body feels as I ride…be running on fat for energy…and yes I still have some to burn

So hard even now…not to reward myself with food when I hit weight goals…it happens….just have to repose it again…part of the process….

Well…coffee is gone….time to start on water…time to move..lol…

so nice. I want. will keep trying for regular sleep/wake times. just have so much think think thoughts thoughts going on when i wake mid night. the sleeptube is nice, but I keep expecting an ad to pop in so I turn it off when I think I can fall asleep. but I don't fall. that's what I get for thinking.

I have a regular wind down time….at 4pm…I’m in wind down time….less iphone and ipad time…at 6… I put phone on charge..and it’s in sleep mode as well…as it gets closer to 630… I set my iPad up on a relaxing 8 hour loop…and put on my mask…with headphones….soon as I lay down in bed….my body knows the routine….

Eating clean 99% of the time…also helps with the fasting…less time it takes me to refocus on what the goal is….it all depends on your goals and how you plan to live…
