Happy 😃 yawn 🥱 happy Tuesday….

Only 83% sleep last night….went to choir proctor yesterday…came home took pain pill..used heating pad for 2 hours…couldn’t get to sleep last night…feel fine today…just one of the nights….

Not enough water yesterday….catch back up today..

No ride yesterday..however did play pool later yesterday…you ever watch 2 people play pool that has poor sight…think we played 2 games in 90 minutes…lol…I love playing..use to play in my early days…was an average player….hoping more I practice..it will come back…

Plan to get some ride time today…and some sun time…

53 this morning..coffee taste mmmmm….

Well…mind is clear of journal thought…
