I was diagnosed with the flu yesterday so I'm thinking this loss is water due to fever. I have no fever today. I checked my ketones and im at 2!!!! Im so excited!! Im scared to eat now with my weight loss. Lololololol. Have a great Valentines weekend everyone!!
