232.8lbs Down 3.0lbs from 235.8lbs in seven days. Scale gave me two different weights in three trys, so I'm using the highest one in order to avoid heartbreak next time. Pretty good for my first week of effort towards my diet this summer! Effort s mainly consisted of calorie counting and not allowing extreme overages (Though I must confess, at least once was by accidentally forgetting the Mac salad with my burgers!) On the down side, I'm guessing that about a pound of the "weight loss" has something to do with wearing long pants last time vs short pants this time, plus a haircut and shaved my beard off this past week! Overall I'm pretty happy with the weeks projects and weight loss outcomes! 🏝️🌞🛻⚖️📉👍😊.👖🩳🪒💈.🚫💔😊
