I don't know why.but after quitting exercise I feel fat und
er my skin it can even be seen.but when I exercised It used to be muscles. How can I lose them please help me..
54.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Protein will fuel you muscles - especially of you have some right after a workout!

If you stopped exercising all together you will experience a little bit of bloating and water retention which will sit under your skin on your midsection. it's a good idea to at least do a bit of cardio 2 or 3 days a week, even if its only for 15-20 minutes. That will help you assimilate your food more efficiently and prevent the bloating.

Muscle doesn't turn to fat, but fat can displace muscle. If you think about muscle shrinking at the same time that you're gaining fat, you won't look any different, but you'll be more squishy. Hence the bodybuilding slur 'skinny fat'. Sounds like you need to get back to exercising. *Motivational glare.*
