Good job!

Thanks. 2 pounds to go to re-meet my May goal. But, I'll be traveling for 10 days. Should have good access to gyms throughout. Unfortunately I'll also have "access" to predominantly unhealthy food. I'd love to have a strategy or framework that allows me to be healthy despite living out of a suitcase for more than a week. Suggestions welcome.

I used to travel constantly for a job, and was able to maintain 120 lbs. Tips & Tricks: In the airport, walk nonstop until they board your flight -- you should be able to get 3 miles in. No snacking, but drink lots of water. At the continental breakfasts, grab coffee and a banana/apple only and go. If your room has a minifridge, find a local grocery store and purchase nuts, seeds, salads and fresh fruit. Avoid fast food, as even 7-11 carries nuts, yogurt and bananas. When the client takes you out for lunch or dinner, order a meal-salad or substitute starch (pasta, rice, potatoes) for extra veggies and never eat the bread or order dessert. If out for cocktails, also order a water and talk more than sip (alcohol is a diet killer). Pack a couple of resistance bands and plan on calisthenics in case your hotel's gym is closed.

At socials, I used to order whiskey & water or gin & tonic and sip my drink. I've found that as long as you're holding a glass with something in it, people don't pressure you to have another drink, and a drink with no mixers is very low in calories.
