Weighed on two different scales to make sure this was accurate. Im hoping it's not water weight again and that I see a gain tomorrow. Keeping the motivation. I want this weight off by November. Let's get it guys!!
119.7 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You can do it! Half the battle is motivation and you seem very motivated. Never give into discouragement, that's when the battle is lost.... You can and will do it!
