Healthiest weight in I’ve ever done💪 I decided I’d start walking to work which is a very long walk but it’s definitely worth it 🙌
54.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes… too many people underestimate the power of walking. I actually use interval-walking (moderate/fast bursts) to nearly double my calorie burn. Of course, you need a shower at the other end :) DV

Yes I was shocked to see myself losing so much weight in only my first week its crazy. Walking and keeping a moderated diet is literally the best thing u could ever do for yourself. Im currently walking right now and the fresh air is just so rejuvenating :)

Just remember… with the right gear, you can walk in the rain and winter too. The rain at night, downpour, wind, bring it on, it is especially comforting to me - I wonder why?… Light layers! Where I am on the Niagara Peninsula, In the winter I wear a tee, a light flannel shirt and a wind breaker over that. By the end of the walk, I have opened everything up to the winter’s freshness. I don’t know what I would do without walking? It recharges my body battery - spiritually, physically & emotionally. Technology can’t measure that… :) DV

I’m still a student as well so I have to carry a bag around with me while I walk. But I fully agree on the statement about clothing.. right now its drizzling and I’m wearing a windbreaker its so perfect. I feel like i could walk in any weather :)) but I do have to say, as someone new to this I must keep in mind when and how much food I take in. I find I can’t have breakfast or lunch with my schedule so I usually eat a protein bar on my walk (of course not the best thing to do but I need food) but the more I do this the better my health will be and I’m excited for the journey!!
