So that’s what happens when you go on a 28-night cruise in the South Pacific😳😟!!! Believe it or not, I used the treadmill on the the ship’s gym every day except port days; those days, I walked on land.
Well, I’m back and envisage at least 3-4 days of health smoothies to get back to where I was. I will set a diet goal of 1200-1300 cals a day after that. Wish me luck. I still hold a 140pound goal. Have a great day, FS friends👋

I'd look at that weight gain as a tiny blip on the map. After a 28 day holiday and you didn't gain 10 lbs? That is sheer amazing in my books for anyone!! I'm with Linda on this one, you will get back on track and you will see your goal!!
