I dont care if this loss is water weight, Im super happy that one week of "trying" has brought results. Like my body is saying- FINALLY. So weird how easy things are when the switch flips in my brain. I know it wont always be easy, and thats what Im most worried about. This time Im acknowledging and trying to watch for triggers. Im tired of starting over.

I love everything you stated here. There's something that happens that you can explain or show somebody. But once you get it... it just stays with you. But like any skill you have to work at it each and every day. There will always be bad days. But we can't let those ruin the entire week. Keep doing what you're doing. Crafting and attempting to get just a little better each day. You can do it!
