feeling ok. eating smart, but not starving. my goal is to hover at 144 this month, then 143 in May, 142 in June and then re-evaluate if lower is consistent with healthy lifestyle change rather than a forced and unpleasant "diet". Here's to hoping the next 2.5 months bring clarity.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally can relate. Diets don't work that well for someone like me. I'm picky and don't deal with deprivation well.

Sometimes it's good to reevaluate our WOE. I took have stalled so am looking into different ways to mix it up and jump start my system

Primarily changed eating. Stopped the, "why not", eating. When there is food that I don't want to eat, I'm being better about not eating it to please other people. It offends my wife a little, but she's dealing with it.
