Weight is a fickle friend… I have hardly been eating anything in this heat wave. Strangely, I have walking further and faster than normal, and the needle seems to be stuck at 203.4… Any day now :)
92.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Plateauing can be positive. Think of it this way, you've lost some pounds but now your body needs to redistribute and fix some things along the way. You are now walking further and faster which translates to your body is changing fat over to muscle to support you. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat but is less dense than fat. So your post on your belt buckle notches being moved to the smaller size? That's part of it ;) The weight scale number will begin to move again once your body decides to. Make sure to keep your fluid intake up during your heatwave!
