Staying the course on the diet is the hardest habit to create in our society. I am trying to stay 40 Pro/ 40 Carb/20 fat, which seems to work best for me around the 15-1700 caloric level. Also found out me and brown rice do not get along well.

Week 3 stats-

WT- 236.3
BMI-32
107.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
